Colorado Trip

 We escaped our house disaster for a little while to visit Colorado. We did not get a chance to visit everyone we wanted to visit and I (Hayley) failed at taking photos of everyone we did see. 

We drove almost straight through getting there so Friday was mostly a sleeping day. We then went to watch a friend of ours play ACDC music at the bowling alley. 

Saturday was a fun-filled, but busy, day going to Silat (Kevin's martial arts class), a baby shower, and a wedding! We spent Sunday seeing some of our old neighbors in Johnstown! I ditched Kevin on Monday to visit some friends in Denver. 

We learned on Tuesday that the water department came out to check out meter and determined that we were losing 9,000 gallons a month of water somewhere on our side. We thought about leaving Colorado early to go back home but decided to stay. We went to see Wendy Woo in concert at MoBetta Gumbo in Loveland with some friends that night. 

We went to breakfast with a friend on Wednesday as well as visited Kevin's old work to say hello to some people we missed at the wedding. We finished off the day having dinner with Kevin's mom and sister. 

We had a neurology appointment for me on Thursday that went fine and came back for an evening at Silat with a BBQ. Friday, Kevin got tattooed followed by an impromptu coffee visit with more friends. We had an evening off to enjoy with our friends who hosted us for the ten days we were there. 

Saturday was Silat in the park followed by cider with some more friends. Sunday was my high school reunion and we ended the trip at Sparge Brewing to try and catch the friends we missed. 

Annie was very spoiled on her trip to Colorado. The picture shows her getting breakfast in bed. We had a very busy trip back visiting friends but are glad to be back home. We have slowly been chipping away at the house again.
